- It is mandatory that the player should have the automatic bonus issuance feature switched on to receive any bonuses associated with the VIP program. This feature is activated and deactivated by switching the “Use bonuses” toggle while making a deposit.
- The received VIP bonuses should be activated in the player’s profile.
- Each 20 € of real bets in slot games are rewarded with 1 complimentary point (CP) and 1 redeemable complimentary point (RCP).
- Players progress through VIP levels as they accumulate the required number of CPs. By getting new levels, players receive prizes and unlock other benefits currently associated with the achieved level.
- The player can exchange RCP in the Promo tab of the account.
- The VIP progress of each player resets every three months on the first Tuesday of the new month

- The VIP program consists of 30 stages called steps, derived into three groups, called pyramids: Bronze, Silver and Golden one (10 steps each). The player is rewarded as he reaches each new step.
- The VIP program run in seasons of three months. At the end of each season the VIP progress resets. However, if the player has passed at least two first steps of the Silver or Golden pyramid, his progress won’t be reset completely, but to the second step of the current pyramid.
